IGBTModel.org mission is to collect and provide free and open-source IGBT models for PSPICE and other popular simulators. Try download some yourself here.
It is now your chance to upload your own IGBT models and share with us your opinions. In this website you have access to a discussion board to discuss your ideas and where you can post your findings and models to extend the knowledge about IGBTs.
